The Beginning

It all began with the production of toys thanks to the creation - at the hands of the founders Pietro and Gino Versiglia - of the first fully pneumatic extrusion-blow molding machine for plastic hollow shapes.

In just a few years, injection technology was added, opening the doors to the production of packaging for cosmetics and detergents, such as the bottles made for the Vetril and Vidal brands.

In the 1970s, Verve expanded its offer by including jars and increased its prestige by starting a long partnership with Avon, one of the most important producers of the time.

Customizations

The creation of bespoke bottles and jars will give your brand great added value and the ability to choose every detail according to your specific needs. We will advise you on the most suitable materials for the desired design and manufacture molds for the pilot project and sample plastic materials, in order to test functionality and performance of the product.

The high technology of our internal screen printing allows you to print up to 5 colors in one-go with UV and UV-Led water based inks, even on square and rectangular shapes, ensuring an extremely qualitative and precise high definition result.

In addition to screen printing, other decorative techniques that we use to customize jars and bottles are hot stamping, pad printing, metallization and spray-painting.

Reliability

It is the story of the Versiglia family, of its passion and the commitment of all its collaborators over 60 years of activity. Constant growth and technological innovation contributed to the achievement of ISO 9001 certification in 2003 and SA 8000 four years later.

Years of great expansion followed, both in logistical terms, thanks to the construction of a new logistics warehouse and quality control laboratory, and thanks to the opening of new markets such as food and nutraceuticals.

Our commitment to the environment

As producers of plastic packaging, we feel the responsibility to contribute to the creation of a circular economy model. We offer ready for market, easily recyclable and reusable products capable of extending the life cycle of an extremely versatile, light but at the same time resistant material.

How do we do it?

By offering to our customers mono-material products that are 100% recyclable, post-consumer recycled plastic raw materials such as R-PET and bioplastics of plant origin, such as sugar cane.

Our ecological commitment is also active from a production point of view thanks to the use of electricity sources from solar panels which guarantees a large part of the energy needed of our industrial site.
