Our team focused on developing an innovative packaging solution that can minimize the impact to our planet and finally with years of research and development, we have developed Innerbottle - the ultimate solution to solve product waste and recycling problems. Since formula is contained in the Innerbottle, the outer shell stays clean until the end of use which allows easy recycling and provides reusable resources.
With patented technology, we’ve created a new paradigm for packaging. Our headquarters, research & design, and manufacturing are all located in South Korea.
Innerbottle® Technology & Features
Waste Free. Innerbottle leaves less than 1% of residue. This reduces product waste and also allows easy recycling of the outer packaging since the outer packaging stays clean. And of course, Innerbottle itself can be recycled as well forming a closed loop environment.
Denaturation Free. Contents are protected safely inside the Innerbottle from oxidation or denaturation due to its non-air exposure condition. Therefore, it is suitable for containing formula with valuable ingredients and oxygen sensitive ingredients.
Green Technology. Innerbottle contributes to realizing Green Earth environment by providing a circular economy platform “RE-Turn” which is powered by Innerbottle.
Contamination Free. Content kept inside the Innerbottle is completely sealed by the specially designed one-way valve. Also Innerbottle is made of safe materials which are Food grade certified. Thus Innerbottle keeps content safe by preventing contamination from environmental hormones and other toxic contaminants.

Design Flexibility. Innerbottle solution can be applied to various size and shape of packaging maximizing design flexibility with providing an airless environment to the formula.
Material Range. Another advantage of using Innerbottle is widening the spectrum of choosing outer packaging material. Since various materials can be used as the outer packaging, Innerbottle brings a new paradigm of packaging design and sustainability.
Formula Range. Innerbottle helps dispensing formula in various range of viscosity easily until the final use leaving no residue from water-like toner to rich cream such as toothpaste.
Gravity Free. Innerbottle applied packaging can be easily discharged until the final use without affected by gravity regardless of content.
Application
Innerbottle Product. Innerbottle is made of special formulated polymers that satisfies food grade. We seriously care about the quality and ensured safety and Innerbottle is made after our internal reaction and stability test. Also, for specially formulated formulas, compatibility tests are done in order to choose suitable material for the Innerbottle. Innerbottle is provided in various diameters and lengths based on the size and the design of the outer packaging.
Filling Equipment. Innerbottle provides state of the art filling equipment for filling the Innerbottle. Based on our patented technology, we design and provide customized equipment that performs not only filling but also full automated capping, and labeling procedure in a single procedure.
Packaging Application. Innerbottle expands along the shape of the outer container, which allows diversity of the appearance while ensuring the functional advantages of airless packaging preventing air penetration which ensures safety and satisfaction to our customers. Innerbottle can be applied to bottles (PCR/PLA, glass, aluminum, paper, etc.), tubes (HDPE, LDPE, PCR), jars (PCR / PLA), and compacts.
