What this packaging is

A cylindrical PET preform built for blow molding, the 39g 28-400 Cosmo PET Preform features a 28mm neck with a 400 Cosmo finish that integrates cleanly with standard caps and closures across personal care and household liquid lines. At 39 grams, this preform delivers consistent wall distribution and secure containment once blown into finished bottles. From shampoo and body wash to dish soap and surface cleaners, it's a reliable production foundation for high-volume liquid packaging.

Why brands choose this

• Made in the USA, built for domestic supply chains: Produced stateside, this preform cuts lead times and removes customs friction — a genuine advantage for brands running high-volume personal care or household liquid lines on tight production schedules.
• 400 Cosmo neck finish for broad closure compatibility: The 28-400 Cosmo neck finish is one of the most widely supported standards in liquid packaging, meaning brands can source caps from multiple vendors without retooling or worrying about fitment issues during bottle manufacturing.
• One preform, eight categories: From shampoo and conditioner to dish soap and surface cleaners, this single preform format supports ranging across personal care and household SKUs — simplifying procurement and giving brand teams flexibility to extend a line without switching components.
