67.6oz / 2L 38-400 PET Plastic Rectangle Grip Bottle (Heavy, 72g)

What this packaging is

A rectangular grip profile and heavy 72-gram wall construction make this 2-liter PET bottle stand out in high-volume liquid packaging. The 67.6oz / 2L 38-400 PET Plastic Rectangle Grip Bottle is built for serious output: its square footprint stacks efficiently, and the 38-400 neck finish integrates cleanly with automated filling and capping lines. At 4.42 inches wide and 10.4 inches tall, it's sized right for water, juice, iced tea, cold-pressed juices, cooking oil, and similar pourable liquids. Made in the USA, it keeps lead times short and supply chains straightforward. PCR content is available for brands with sustainability commitments.

Why brands choose this

• Rectangular grip profile for stability and shelf efficiency: The square footprint isn't just a visual choice — it minimizes roll, maximizes pallet density, and gives consumers a secure, comfortable hold on a full 2-liter bottle, which matters when the product inside is heavy.
• USA manufacturing keeps supply predictable: Domestic production shortens lead times and removes the customs complexity that can slow down fast-moving consumer goods brands managing large-volume SKUs. For household, food, and beverage buyers, that reliability is a real operational advantage.
• PCR content available for brands with sustainability goals: This bottle can be sourced with recycled PET content, giving brand teams a credible material reduction story without switching formats. As demand for transparent sustainability credentials grows across food, beverage, and household categories, that flexibility is worth having built into your base component.
