45.15mm Black PP Plastic Round Sealing Disc

What this packaging is

Precision-fit for the Sirius 30 closure system, this 45.15mm Black PP Plastic Round Sealing Disc sits inside the lid to create a consistent oxygen and moisture barrier across the jar opening. At 2.6mm high, the disc liner's round profile ensures full-contact sealing on every closure, making it especially well-suited for sensitive natural formulations like creams, balms, and powders. Manufactured in Europe to tight tolerances, it delivers the consistency that high-volume production demands. Applicable across beauty, health and wellness, and food and beverage categories, this component quietly does critical work — protecting shelf life and product integrity from the inside out.

Why brands choose this

• Engineered fit for the Sirius 30 system: Designed specifically for the Sirius 30 closure, this disc liner removes guesswork from compatibility testing. The 45.15mm diameter and 2.6mm profile deliver consistent full-contact sealing across every jar in a production run, reducing the risk of seal failures at scale.
• Barrier protection for sensitive, natural formulations: Oxygen and moisture exposure are the primary shelf-life threats for natural creams, balms, and powders. This PP sealing disc adds a reliable inner barrier without requiring reformulation or additional packaging components, supporting cleaner, preservative-light product development.
• European manufacturing for quality-critical components: Sealing performance is only as good as the dimensional accuracy of the disc itself. Manufactured in Europe, this liner is produced to the tight tolerances that regulated beauty, health, and food and beverage categories require, giving brand teams confidence in consistent quality across orders.
