55.2mm Black PE Plastic Round Sealing Disc

What this packaging is

A precision-fit sealing disc engineered specifically for the Ceres 100ml cosmetic jar, the 55.2mm Black PE Plastic Round Sealing Disc sits flush under the lid to block air and moisture from reaching the product inside. At 3.5mm tall and just 2 grams, it's lightweight enough for efficient assembly line use while delivering real barrier performance for creams, balms, and semiliquid formulations. The disc is sized to the 58 special thread opening of Ceres jars, ensuring consistent seal integrity across production runs. Made in Europe, it's available with stock availability for smaller orders — a practical option for brands testing formats or managing tight timelines.

Why brands choose this

• Purpose-built fit for Ceres jar integrity: Sized exactly to the 58 special thread opening of the Ceres 100ml jar, this disc creates consistent, repeatable seal coverage without guesswork — reducing QC risk on the production floor for brand teams scaling formulations.
• Real barrier performance for sensitive formulations: Creams, balms, and semiliquid products are especially vulnerable to oxidation and moisture ingress. A dedicated sealing disc adds a critical secondary barrier under the lid, helping brands protect shelf life and maintain product stability between open and close cycles.
• Stock availability supports agile sourcing: Available in units from 28 up to 56,000 pieces, with stock availability for smaller orders — useful for emerging brands running limited batches or brand teams evaluating new jar configurations before committing to full production volumes.
