17oz/500ml Thick Wall PET Flat Square Bottle

What this packaging is

A flat square silhouette in a market full of round bottles — that's the immediate shelf story this 17oz/500ml Thick Wall PET Flat Square Bottle tells. The thick-wall construction gives it a substantial, almost glass-like presence without the weight or fragility, while the square footprint stacks cleanly and photographs well for e-commerce. Compatible with silk screen printing, heat stamping, and labeling across glossy, matte, and soft-touch finishes, it adapts to a wide range of brand aesthetics. Made in China, it suits body lotion, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and dish soap — a versatile format for brands building out a cohesive personal care or household line.

Why brands choose this

• Ownable square silhouette in a cylindrical category: Most personal care shelves are dominated by round bottles. This flat square format gives brands an immediately distinctive profile — one that's easier to differentiate at retail and harder for competitors to replicate without a custom mold.
• Decoration-ready across three finish types: Silk screen printing, heat stamping, and labeling are all compatible, and the bottle is available with glossy, matte, or soft-touch finishes. That combination lets brand teams dial in the right premium cue — tactile softness for a spa-positioned lotion, high-gloss for a bold household brand — without needing a separate SKU.
• Multi-category range built into a single format: From shampoo and conditioner to dish soap and hand sanitizer, this bottle spans personal care and household cleaning in one structure. For brands building a product range, that versatility simplifies supplier relationships and keeps packaging development moving faster.
