1.2oz/35ml PET Rounded Bottom Cosmetic Bottle with 18mm Neck & Flush Overcap

What this packaging is

A rounded bottom silhouette and flush overcap give this 1.2oz/35ml PET bottle a clean, finished profile that sits naturally in skincare and hair care lineups. The 18mm neck opens compatibility across a wide range of closure and pump systems, making it easy to adapt across product lines. Standing 3.72 inches tall with a 1.38-inch diameter, it's sized right for face serums, face oils, hair oils, and CBD oils. Available in glossy, matte, frosted, soft-touch, and spray coatings, with silk screen, label, and digital print decoration. Also available in PETG for a heavier, more glass-like hand feel.

Why brands choose this

• 18mm neck opens the door to closure flexibility: The standard 18mm finish means this bottle pairs with a broad range of pumps, droppers, and caps already in market — useful when you're ranging multiple SKUs or switching dispensing formats without retooling the bottle itself.
• Finish and decoration options that do the branding heavy lifting: Glossy, matte, frosted, soft-touch, and spray coating finishes paired with silk screen, digital, and label decoration give brand teams real control over shelf presence without committing to custom tooling.
• Sized and shaped for the serum and oil category sweet spot: At 1.2oz with a slim 1.38-inch diameter, this bottle matches the usage quantity and on-counter footprint consumers expect from facial serums, face oils, and hair oils — the form factor reinforces the ritual before the cap is even removed.
