What this packaging is

Single-use and built for scale, the 0.3oz / 8ml Multi-Laminate Film Sachet from Identipak delivers a clean, functional sampling format that's genuinely hard to beat for trial and travel applications. Made in the USA from durable multi-laminate film with a PE layer, these custom die-cut sachets hold up to 8ml — the right volume for skincare samples, vitamin powders, or single-dose supplements. A small tear notch makes them effortless to open, and the format supports custom offset, digital, or flexo printing for full branded impact. Domestic production keeps lead times tight, which matters when you're running seasonal sampling programs or retail seeding campaigns at scale.

Why brands choose this

• Made in the USA — faster turnaround, fewer headaches: Domestic production means shorter lead times and no international freight complexity — a real advantage when timing a product launch, retail sampling drop, or promotional campaign with a hard deadline.
• Tear-notch design drives effortless single-use adoption: The built-in tear notch removes friction at the moment of use, which matters for sampling formats — a consumer who can open it easily is far more likely to actually try the product inside, boosting trial-to-conversion rates.
• Versatile format spans beauty, wellness, and supplement categories: At 8ml, this sachet works across skincare sampling, powdered vitamins, and single-serve supplement formats — giving multi-category brand teams or contract manufacturers a single packaging component they can range across multiple SKUs.
