Sachet Packaging | Custom Sachet Packaging Solutions
The classic, conventional sachets packaging is the best option for start-up companies and spreading brand awareness. Custom sachet packaging offers versatile solutions for sachet packaging for cosmetic creams, serums, OTCs, shampoo and conditioner, and travel sized cosmetics. Identipak's minimum order quantities for classic square and rectangle packets are as low as 25,000 pieces per SKU.

Fill any type of product in a classic pouch from moisturizers, creams, serums, SPFs, OTCs, shampoo and conditioner, to fragrance petals as a simple sachet or with a gusset option. Die Cut Packaging Solutions
What are die cut sachets? Die cut sachets are flexible packaging pouches customized into unique shapes using a die-cutting process, offering a distinctive and eye-catching way to package products. Instead of standard square or rectangular shapes, die cut sachets can be cut into almost any shape imaginable, allowing for creative and branded packaging.
Die cut packaging are one of our specialties. The possibilities are endless in the pouch shapes that we create. Identipak's in-house machine shop can tool customized packaging die cut options providing our clients with unique shapes that replicate and mimic full-sized products. These samples are frequently photographed for social media and help to create lots of brand buzz. Hanger options also provide sampling coupons, promotions, and product introductions.
Die cut sachets are used to package various products, often with a focus on unique shapes and branding. They are popular for items like beauty products, food, and pharmaceuticals, allowing for creative and functional packaging solutions. Our in-house design team can also assist in creating one-of-a-kind die cut samples.

Tandems
Tandem sachets are multi-chambered, connected pouches, often used for packaging two or more complementary products, like shampoo and conditioner, or day and night creams. They allow for convenient single-use or sample applications of products that are meant to be used together or in sequence.
Tandem pouch packaging from Identipak allow you to demonstrate your creative products in multi-chambered packets. The multi-dose sampling allows same product and/or different products that can be used to trial or as a regimen or system such as day/night creams, acne treatments, baby wash and baby creams, shampoo and conditioners, primers and foundations, masks and scrubs. Create tandem duos, tandem trios up to five chamber tandems depending on the fill size. Fill them with liquids, creams, cosmetics, and low and high temperature fills.
Tandem sachet packaging offers brands the opportunity to showcase product combinations and encourage customer trial of complete product systems.

Stick Packs
What is the difference between stick packs and sachets? Sachets and stick packs are both types of flexible packaging for single-use products, but they differ in shape, size, and suitability for different products. Sachets are typically flat and rectangular, while stick packs are long and narrow.
Stick pack packaging are great for any industry: beauty, personal care, nutrition or retail. They are used for both trial and more commonly retail sellable products. Single use stick pack sachets have a controlled flow, making sampled product easy to dispense. Identipak has high quality stick pack packaging machines to bring your stick pack sample pack to life.
Stick packs are usually used for powdered drink mixes, cosmetic sample packaging, and vitamins and supplements. We have state-of-the-art auger fillers to work with powders. We also fill liquid nutrition, energy shots, supplements, mouth rinses, coconut oils, sports drinks as well as powdered drinks and cosmetics.

Custom Tube and Vial Packaging
Tubes are an ideal option for sampling products that may require multiple uses. They are easy to use, portable, travel friendly and convenient. We offer tubes in a wide range of sizes with fill amounts as low as 1mL to 30mL of product up to finished products filled with 60mL. We can customize the tube with flat caps, bevel tips, or needle-nose tubes. Tube packaging is versatile and will add the value you desire of your brand.
Identipak offers different types of vials. Whether it's for fragrances, oils, essential oils or cosmetics, we've got you covered. Our lip gloss tubes are also very popular for sampling different gloss shades. Identipak can source your custom tube and vial packaging for your component needs.
