Ribbed 35mm Step Cap Threaded Closure

What this packaging is

A ribbed, straight-sided aluminum step cap with a 35mm threaded finish, this closure brings tactile grip and a clean, structured silhouette to a wide range of cosmetic formats. The Ribbed 35mm Step Cap Threaded Closure suits lip balms, eye creams, face moisturizers, body scrubs, hair treatments, and body lotions — anywhere a secure, adult-use threaded seal matters. Produced in Italy, it carries the design precision and material quality that European manufacturing is known for. Custom color options let brand teams align the closure to their visual identity without adding complexity to sourcing.

Why brands choose this

• Ribbed texture delivers instant shelf tactility: The stepped ribbed body isn't just visual — it signals quality at first touch and gives consumers a confident, no-slip grip at open and close. In a crowded shelf environment, that physical detail is a subtle but real differentiator for premium cosmetic brands.
• 35mm threaded fit spans a broad product range: A 35mm neck diameter is a widely compatible spec across lip, eye, face, and body categories. That means a single closure SKU can anchor multiple SKUs in a product line, simplifying procurement and reducing vendor complexity for brand teams managing broad assortments.
• Italian production supports design-forward brand positioning: Made in Italy, this closure benefits from manufacturing heritage closely associated with precision metalwork and cosmetic packaging quality. For brands building a premium story — especially in skincare or body care — the sourcing origin can be a quiet but credible signal of craft.
