2.0oz /59ml 53-400 Straight-Sided PS Jar

What this packaging is

A straight-sided wall profile and wide 53mm opening define this 2.0oz / 59ml polystyrene jar, purpose-built for thick facial formulations that need easy, full-access scooping. The 53-400 neck finish pairs with standard 400-thread closures, keeping sourcing straightforward. Made in the USA in Somerset, this domestic supply chain means shorter lead times and simpler logistics for American brands. The uniform exterior supports both label application and offset printing directly on the jar surface. For face moisturizers, masks, and scrubs that need a compact, rigid container with a reliable closure interface, this jar delivers a clean, no-surprises platform.

Why brands choose this

• USA manufacturing that shortens your supply chain: Made in Somerset, this jar ships domestically, cutting international lead times and customs complexity — a real advantage for brands scaling facial care lines on tighter timelines.
• Wide-mouth format built for thick-texture categories: The 53mm opening gives consumers full-finger access, which is exactly what face masks, scrubs, and dense moisturizers demand. The format matches the consumer ritual, reducing friction at the moment of use.
• Offset printing opens direct on-body branding: Beyond standard label application, the straight, consistent wall supports offset printing directly on the jar surface — giving brand teams a decoration path that stays put and reads as more premium on shelf.
