Every tube is carefully designed to cater to the specific requirements of each customer in the cosmetics, personal care, hair care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food sectors. LAGEENTUBES uses the most technologically advanced production and printing methods on mono-layer, two-layer, and multi-layer plastic tubes, as well as aluminum tubes.

Over the years, LAGEENTUBES has developed expertise in pre-press, printing and decoration processes like dry offset, silk screen, flexography and hot stamping.
In addition, matte and glossy finishes, and variations in opacity, metallic and pearlescent effects, can be offered for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and sugarcane sleeves, as well as mono-layer, two-layer and co-extrusion.

LAGEENTUBES strives to develop the best eco-friendly packaging solutions for its customers and helps them address their consumers' demand for sustainable cosmetics packaging. The solutions we offer include efficient and environmental processes that minimize the usage of plastic, reduce waste, decrease energy consumption and utilize recycled materials.
We offer a variety of eco-friendly tubes including PE mono-material tubes (the tube body, head and cap are all made of PE and the entire tube can be recycled), tubes made with PCR and PE derived from sugarcane, and tubes made with a blend of PE & calcium.
We also utilize green engineering technologies to reduce energy consumption: 1. Cooling water process and chillers - saving energy by 40% 2. Usage of solar energy - estimation of 15-18% reduction of fossil energy 3. Utilizing natural gas - emits 50-60% less CO2
