Full-Range Cosmetic Component Manufacturing Under One Roof

EBEI's catalog is focused on color cosmetic components including automatic cosmetic pens, lipstick tubes, lip gloss packaging, eye lash packaging, cream caps, and compacts. Each format is developed in house, from concept and mold design through tooling, molding, and assembly, so brands can move from an initial packaging idea to a production-ready component with a single manufacturing partner. Ebei's product development is supported by a robust manufacturing capabilities spanning advanced injection molding machines, blow molding machines, automated assembly machines, hot stamping machines, and supporting production equipment across their multiple facilities. The result is consistent quality, repeatable output, and deep expertise across every cosmetic packaging category EBEI manufactures in.

Patented Designs Built on Continuous R&D Investment

EBEI consistently pushes the boundaries of cosmetic packaging, keeping technology and innovation at the center of their business. Through a dedicated research and development program, EBEI has developed more than 300 patented products, including seven invention patents for materials, 103 utility model patents, and 228 design patents. That work has earned eigh design awards from leading international bodies including iF and Cosmopack, recognition that reflects both the originality of EBEI's cosmetic packaging designs and how they perform in real consumer use. For brands, it means access to proprietary formats that cannot simply be sourced elsewhere.

In-House Decoration From Hot Stamping to Metallization

EBEI handles decoration in house with hot stamping, silk screen printing, and metallization, covering the finishing needs of most compacts, mascara tubes, sticks, and bottles without a third-party handoff. Keeping decoration alongside molding and assembly allows EBEI to manage packaging development and finishing under one roof, tightening quality control and removing the delays that come with shipping components between vendors. A third facility scheduled to open in January 2027 will add in-house vacuum metallization and aluminum anodization to EBEI's decoration stack, extending finishing capabilities into metal componentry and higher-end metallic effects while further reducing dependence on outside vendors for premium finishes. Brands working with EBEI get shelf-ready decoration managed by the same team that manufactures the component.

Patented PLA Materials

EBEI has developed a patented, fully biodegradable PLA-based material for use in cosmetic packaging. The patent covers the biodegradable material itself, its preparation method, and its application in cosmetic packaging containers. The material is formulated with 100 parts by weight of a fully biodegradable polymer, 0.1–10 parts of a nucleating agent, 0–0.2 parts of a free-radical initiator, 0–2 parts of maleic anhydride, and 0.5–10 parts of other additives. The resulting material offers excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, and cost efficiency, making it a potential alternative to conventional plastics such as PE, PP, and PVC in a variety of applications. It is particularly suitable for premium cosmetic packaging, including eyeshadow, foundation, pressed powder, and lip color packaging, while also offering potential applications in food packaging, home appliances, automotive components, and other industries

A Manufacturing Partner Built for Speed and Scale

EBEI pairs automated manufacturing with in-house services to deliver cosmetic packaging on timelines that keep launches on track. From lead times measured in weeks to experience supplying the world's largest beauty companies, EBEI removes much of the friction typically associated with overseas cosmetic packaging development.

Fast Lead Times as Short as 22 Days

Standard production runs ship in approximately 30 days, with expedited timelines of 22 days available on qualifying projects, giving brands a dependable schedule to build launch calendars around.

In-House Services

Molding, decoration, and assembly handled in house on automated machinery keeps cost, quality, and turnaround under EBEI's direct control, delivering better components at more competitive pricing than multi-vendor sourcing allows.

Trusted by Global Beauty Leaders

EBEI supplies packaging to some of the world's largest beauty brands and contract manufacturers, including L'Oréal, Maybelline, COTY, Cosmax, and Intercos

Angled Pump Bottle Dispenses to the Last Drop

One of EBEI's standout innovations is the Angled Essence Pump Bottle, a pump format built on a recyclable glass bottle with a cutaway base. The bottle stands vertically when full, then rests at a 45 degree angle as the formula is used down, positioning the remaining product where a slightly curved dip tube can reach it. That geometry reduces the formula left behind at end of life to roughly five percent, compared with around eight percent in a conventional pump bottle. It is a small design change that gives skincare brands a measurable sustainability and value story on every serum and essence they launch.

Puzzle Piece Compacts Turn Palettes Into Play

As an expert in compacts for beauty products, EBEI has built a reputation for developing components that create engagement well beyond first use. The puzzle piece compact is one of the clearest examples, replacing the traditional multi-pan palette with a single-pan compact housed in an ABS puzzle piece that connects to other pieces. The result is a playful component set that lets consumers build palettes in different shapes and sizes, rearranging them long after purchase and turning repurchase into collection. Each puzzle piece can also be custom decorated, opening the door to unique patterns, limited editions, and creative brand activations.

Dual Innovation: 2-in-1 Components

EBEI's team consistently looks for ways to deliver more product and more functionality in less packaging, creating 2-in-1 components across multiple categories.

2-in-1 Capsule Lipstick and Lip Gloss

Two lip applications live in one packaging format, combining the two most popular lip products into a single sleek component. Consumers get color and shine without carrying two pieces, and brands get a differentiated SKU that streamlines both the routine and the component count. For color cosmetic lines looking to do more with fewer parts, it is an efficient way to expand a lip range.

2-in-1 Brush and Compact Palette

This compact maximizes product content while minimizing container volume, delivering full palette functionality in a footprint built for portability. A mirror sits hidden securely within the lid, with an applicator brush stored alongside it for use anywhere. The pan layout is versatile, configured to hold either an eye shadow arrangement or a one-color blusher, so a single component can serve multiple product lines.
