12.1mm Cup PP Square Lipstick with Metallic Accent Band

What this packaging is

That metallic center band is doing real work here — it's the kind of detail that elevates a polypropylene lipstick component from functional to shelf-worthy without requiring heavy decoration spend. The 12.1mm Cup PP Square Lipstick (#50506) pairs a clean, geometric square silhouette with a compact 3.04" profile, built for standard lipstick formulations. Finish options span frosted, glossy, matte, and shiny, with silk screen, heat stamping, and laser etching available for brand customization. PCR content can be incorporated for brands building toward more responsible material sourcing. For beauty brands developing a cohesive lip collection, this component delivers visual polish with real formulation flexibility.

Why brands choose this

• Ownable geometry in a category of round tubes: The square format is a genuine differentiator in the lipstick aisle, where cylindrical tubes dominate. That distinct silhouette creates instant visual recognition on shelf and in flat-lay content — a low-cost way to build strong product identity without a custom mold investment.
• Decoration versatility for tight brand control: Silk screen printing, heat stamping, and laser etching are all supported, plus four distinct finish options from frosted to high-gloss. That range means brand teams can dial in a very specific aesthetic — from understated matte luxury to bold reflective branding — on a single component.
• PCR material availability supports responsible sourcing commitments: For brands responding to growing consumer demand for lower-impact beauty packaging, this component can be produced with PCR content incorporated into the PP. That gives product developers a credible material story to build on without switching to a completely different substrate or supplier.
