Monomaterial PET Round Single Pan Compact

What this packaging is

Built entirely from one material — PET from cover to base — this round single-pan compact makes end-of-life recycling straightforward in a category where mixed-material compacts routinely fail the recycling stream. The Monomaterial PET Round Single Pan Compact is designed for pressed powder, eyeshadow, blush, and highlight formats, with a replaceable inner pan that supports refill programs and subscription models without replacing the whole compact. At 2.76 inches in diameter and a slim 0.54-inch profile, it's shelf-efficient and purse-friendly. Frosted, glossy, matte, and shiny finishes — plus heat stamping and laser etching — give brands real room to make it their own.

Why brands choose this

• Genuinely recyclable by design: Most compacts combine PET, ABS, metal, and mirror glass — making separation nearly impossible. This compact is constructed entirely from PET, so the whole unit can enter the recycling stream without disassembly. For brands building credible sustainability claims, monomaterial construction is one of the few genuinely auditable differences.
• Refillable pan unlocks subscription and loyalty plays: The replaceable inner pan means consumers can refresh their pressed powder, eyeshadow, or blush without discarding the compact shell. That's a direct enabler for refill subscription models, in-store refill programs, or limited-edition pan drops — all growing retail strategies for beauty brands looking to build repeat purchase beyond replenishment.
• Finish and decoration range supports distinct brand positioning: Frosted, glossy, matte, and shiny surface finishes give brand teams flexibility to match different product lines or price tiers within the same compact format. Add heat stamping or laser etching, and the compact can carry a premium, personalized look without requiring a custom mold — keeping development timelines and costs manageable.
