12.1mm Cup ABS Square Lipstick with Silver Base

What this packaging is

That silver metallic base is doing real work here — it gives the 12.1mm Cup ABS Square Lipstick an elevated, premium-counter feel without requiring heavy decoration investment. Built from durable ABS in a clean square silhouette, this lipstick component is available in frosted, glossy, matte, and shiny finishes, with decoration options including silk screen printing, heat stamping, and laser etching for serious brand customization. Designed specifically for lipstick applications with a 12.1mm cup fit, it's made to order with a 6–8 week lead time for custom colors. PCR material can be incorporated for brands building toward more sustainable packaging commitments.

Why brands choose this

• Distinctive square format earns shelf standout: Most lipstick components default to round or oval barrels — this square silhouette breaks that pattern at retail, giving color brands an ownable form factor that reads as intentional and design-forward without requiring a fully custom mold.
• Four finishes plus three decoration methods, one component: Frosted, glossy, matte, and shiny finishes combined with silk screen printing, heat stamping, and laser etching means a single component can support multiple SKUs, limited editions, or brand tiers — reducing tooling complexity while expanding creative range.
• PCR material available for brands with sustainability targets: The ABS construction can be specified with PCR content, giving brand teams a credible material reduction story to support sustainability commitments — useful for retail line reviews or ESG reporting without switching to an entirely different component.
