256oz / 2 Gallon 120-400 PET Plastic Round Wide-Mouth Jar with Recessed Label Panel

What this packaging is

A 2-gallon wide-mouth jar built for bulk is rare in PET, and this one delivers. The 256oz / 2 Gallon 120-400 PET Plastic Round Wide-Mouth Jar features a 120mm opening and 400-thread finish, making it compatible with a broad range of closures right out of the gate. At nearly 11 inches tall and over 8 inches in diameter, it's engineered for high-volume food, sauce, powder, and household cleaning applications. Made in the USA, it supports faster restocking and simplified domestic supply chains. A recessed label panel keeps branding sharp and compliant across retail and co-packing environments.

Why brands choose this

• Wide-mouth 120mm opening built for bulk filling: A 120mm neck paired with a 400-thread finish means this jar works with a wide range of standard closures and is designed to move efficiently on high-speed filling lines — critical for co-packers and food brands managing large production runs across sauces, grains, powders, and wet ingredients.
• USA manufacturing keeps supply chains tight: Produced domestically, this jar reduces lead times, avoids import delays, and simplifies logistics for brands that need consistent volume without the unpredictability of overseas sourcing — a real advantage when you're running a high-turnover SKU at 2-gallon scale.
• PCR content available for brands with sustainability targets: While the standard jar is virgin PET, PCR content can be incorporated for brands looking to reduce their use of new plastics — a meaningful option as food and household care buyers face growing pressure to meet sustainability commitments across their packaging portfolios.
