1.7oz/50ml PP Cylinder Deodorant & Balm Stick - Bottom Fill

What this packaging is

Bottom-fill construction sets this PP cylinder stick apart — the reverse-fill design creates a flawless, smooth top surface straight out of production, reducing post-fill finishing steps. The 1.7oz/50ml PP Cylinder Deodorant & Balm Stick is built for solid deodorants and body balms, with a screw cap closure that keeps product secure through shipping and everyday use. The smooth outer body takes silk screen printing and heat stamping cleanly, giving brand teams real decoration flexibility. Available in matte or glossy finishes, this stick format works equally well for mainstream deodorant lines and elevated balm collections looking to stand out on shelf.

Why brands choose this

• Decoration-ready surface for standout shelf presence: The smooth PP outer body is compatible with silk screen printing and heat stamping, and available in matte or glossy finishes — giving brand and creative teams flexibility to execute anything from minimal to bold without additional surface prep.
• Bottom-fill design that streamlines production: The reverse-fill format produces a clean, smooth top surface after filling, eliminating common finishing issues that slow down manufacturing timelines. For brands scaling production runs, that kind of built-in efficiency matters.
• PCR-compatible material supports brands' sustainability commitments: This stick can be sourced with PCR content included in the PP construction, giving brands a credible reduce story and a tangible response to growing consumer demand for more responsible packaging in personal care.
