1.7oz/50ml PP Cylinder Deodorant & Balm Stick - Top Fill

What this packaging is

A top-fill loading design makes this 1.7oz/50ml PP Cylinder Deodorant & Balm Stick a practical advantage for formulators working with solid emulsions, balms, and deodorant formats that benefit from pour-fill processing. Built from polypropylene with a smooth bottom dial, internal elevator mechanism, and secure over-cap, it delivers a consistent, controlled application experience across a wide range of formulas. The wide-mouth cylinder profile fits common stick tooling and works across deodorant, anti-chafe, solid perfume, bronzer, blush, and hair treatment formats — giving brand teams genuine multi-category flexibility. Compatible with screen printing and hot stamping, and available with PCR content for brands building toward reduced-virgin-material goals. A solid workhorse stick for brands ranging across personal care and color cosmetics.

Why brands choose this

• Multi-category ranging from one component: The cylinder form factor spans deodorant, balm, bronzer, blush, and hair treatment SKUs — giving brand developers a single tooled component that supports a full personal care or color range without sourcing separate packaging for each category.
• Top-fill design removes a real formulation constraint: Pour-fill processing is standard for many solid balm and deodorant formulas, and the top-fill loading on this stick accommodates that directly — reducing the production workarounds that bottom-fill formats sometimes require for certain formula densities.
• PCR-compatible construction for material reduction goals: Available with PCR content incorporated into the PP construction, this stick supports brands with sustainability commitments around virgin plastic reduction — giving product teams a credible material story without switching formats or tooling.
