1.7oz/50ml Round HDPE Tottle with Ridged Cap

What this packaging is

The stand-up tottle format does something a standard tube can't — it lets product pool near the tip for mess-free dispensing down to the last drop. The 1.7oz/50ml Round HDPE Tottle with Ribbed Cap brings that functionality to travel-size hand creams, face sunscreens, and primers in a compact footprint that fits neatly into kits and gym bags. The ribbed screw cap holds secure even with wet or lotion-slicked hands. Available with PCR content for brands with sustainability commitments. At 50ml, it hits the TSA carry-on sweet spot and works hard as a travel SKU or promotional kit component.

Why brands choose this

• Format delivers controlled dispensing to the last drop: The inverted tottle design keeps low-to-medium viscosity formulas like lotions, gels, and sunscreens gravity-fed toward the tip — reducing waste and frustration at end-of-life, which aligns with growing consumer demand for mindful consumption and zero-waste rituals.
• 50ml size unlocks travel retail and kit-building opportunities: At 1.7oz, this sits right at the TSA liquid limit, making it a natural fit for travel minis, gift-with-purchase sets, and sample-size SKUs — a category that continues to outperform full-size across prestige and mass skincare channels.
• PCR content available for sustainability-forward brand stories: This HDPE tottle can be sourced with recycled content, giving brands a tangible material reduction story to support sustainability claims on pack or in marketing — without switching formats or redesigning the product line.
