22mm 0.17-1.18oz (5ml-35ml) PP Drip Tube 0.45ml Dosage

What this packaging is

Precision-dosed at exactly 0.45ml per squeeze, the 22mm PP Drip Tube from UDN Packaging is built for face serums, eye care, and concentrated skincare treatments where controlled application isn't optional — it's the whole point. The ophthalmic tip design delivers consistent, targeted doses of actives without mess or waste, across a 5ml–35ml capacity range that covers travel formats through full-size SKUs. Polypropylene construction supports monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL barrier options depending on your formulation's sensitivity requirements. Multiple surface finishes and print methods let the tube carry the brand weight it deserves on-shelf.

Why brands choose this

• Dose-controlled tip that earns consumer trust: Each squeeze delivers a consistent 0.45ml through a precision-molded ophthalmic tip — a meaningful differentiator as consumers become more ingredient-savvy and expect their actives-focused serums and eye treatments to be dispensed accurately, not guessed at.
• Barrier construction flexibility for sensitive formulations: Monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL options mean your packaging can match your formula's actual shelf-life and compatibility requirements — critical for oxidation-sensitive actives, vitamin C serums, and retinol-based treatments that need real protection.
• Capacity range that covers your full product lineup: The 5ml–35ml size run, with tube lengths from 50mm to 120mm, lets brand teams develop an entire serum or eye-care range in one consistent format — from travel retail and sampling to full-size hero products — without sourcing across multiple vendors.
