50.0mm 2.7-8.1oz (80ml-240ml) Octagonal PP Tube

What this packaging is

Eight flat sides set this tube apart from every round on the shelf. The 50mm Octagonal PP Tube from UDN Packaging covers an unusually wide fill range — 80ml to 250ml — making it viable for everything from facial cleanser and face scrub to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion within a single SKU architecture. Built in polypropylene with M22 neck compatibility and orifice options from 1.5mm to 8mm, it supports precise dispensing across viscosities. Available in Monolayer, Co-ex, ABL, and PBL constructions with Glossy, Matte, or Soft Touch finishes. PCR content is available for brands with sustainability commitments. A distinctive silhouette that earns real shelf standout across the personal care aisle.

Why brands choose this

• Ownable silhouette in a round-dominated category: The eight-sided profile is an immediate visual departure from standard round tubes, giving brands a shelf-presence advantage without requiring premium materials — particularly impactful in crowded hair care and body wash sets where format differentiation is one of the fastest signals consumers read.
• One tube, five categories, 80ml to 250ml: The combination of a wide fill range and M22 neck compatibility with orifice sizes from 1.5mm to 8mm means a single component can serve shampoo, conditioner, face cleanser, body wash, and lotion — reducing the number of vendors, molds, and lead-time variables a development team has to manage across a full product range.
• Barrier and finish flexibility built in: With Monolayer, Co-ex, ABL, and PBL tube constructions available alongside Glossy, Matte, and Soft Touch finishes — plus PCR content as an option for brands tracking material commitments — this component adapts to both formulation protection needs and brand aesthetic direction without sourcing a second component.
