19.0mm 0.2-0.7oz (6ml-21ml) Tube-in-Tube Dual Chamber Applicator PP Tube

What this packaging is

A single tube that delivers two formulations at once — the 19.0mm Tube-in-Tube Dual Chamber Applicator PP Tube is built for brands ready to move beyond single-product formats. Its inner-and-outer chamber construction enables simultaneous or separate dispensing through a precision 2.5mm orifice applicator, offering dose control that works beautifully for foundation, concealer, CC cream, face serum, and moisturizer. Available in monolayer, co-extruded, ABL, and PBL constructions, it accommodates a wide range of formulation sensitivities. Decoration spans offset print, silk screen, labeling, and heat stamp. Available with PCR content for brands building toward sustainability goals, this tube suits hybrid beauty launches where the format itself tells the story.

Why brands choose this

• Two-in-one format drives hybrid beauty positioning: The inner-and-outer dual chamber architecture lets brands combine two complementary formulas — think primer plus foundation or serum plus moisturizer — in a single SKU, tapping directly into the fast-growing hybrid and multi-benefit beauty trend without requiring consumers to change their routine.
• Precision 2.5mm orifice applicator controls every dose: The integrated applicator head dispenses product in a controlled, targeted stream, reducing waste and giving consumers a more intentional application experience. This kind of dose precision is increasingly expected in face care formats, where over-dispensing is a common friction point.
• Barrier construction options protect sensitive formulations: With ABL and PBL laminate options alongside standard monolayer and co-extruded builds, brand teams can match the tube construction to the formulation's actual oxygen and moisture sensitivity requirements — critical for active-forward serums, foundations with SPF, or any formula where shelf stability is non-negotiable.
