19.0mm 0.2-0.7oz (6ml-21ml) Octagonal PE Tube

What this packaging is

Eight-sided and built to stand out on shelf, the 19.0mm Octagonal PE Tube brings a geometric edge to skincare packaging that round tubes simply can't match. Designed for face serums, moisturizers, and targeted skincare formulas, this flexible polyethylene tube is available in fill volumes from 0.2oz to 0.7oz and tube heights from 50mm to 120mm. Barrier options span monolayer, co-extruded, ABL, and PBL constructions — so whether your formula needs basic containment or serious oxygen protection, there's a spec for it. Finish in glossy, matte, or soft-touch, decorate via silk screen, offset print, or heat stamp, and optionally spec it with PCR content or bio-based PE for a cleaner material story. A precision-dispensing tip makes this a natural fit for serum and treatment formats where dose control matters.

Why brands choose this

• Ownable octagonal silhouette in a tube-dominated category: Most skincare tubes are round — this eight-sided format creates immediate shelf differentiation without adding cost or complexity, giving brands a distinctive physical cue that's hard to replicate at retail.
• Barrier construction flexibility for formula-sensitive products: With monolayer, co-extruded, ABL, and PBL options available, this tube can be specced to meet the actual compatibility needs of your formula — from basic emulsions to active-heavy serums that need real oxygen or moisture barrier protection.
• Sustainable material options to support brand commitments: Available with PCR content inclusion or in bio-based PE, this tube gives brands a credible, material-level sustainability story at a time when consumers and retailers are increasingly scrutinizing ingredient and packaging sourcing together.
