16.0mm 0.2-0.5oz (6ml-15ml) Roller Ball PP Tube

What this packaging is

Roller ball precision meets flexible tube format in this 16mm PP tube — a compact, controlled-dispensing package built for face serums and eye creams in the 6ml–15ml range. Constructed from polypropylene with an integrated roller ball head, it delivers smooth, mess-free application that fits naturally into targeted skincare rituals. Choose from monolayer, co-extruded, ABL, or PBL tube constructions depending on your formula's barrier needs, and finish in glossy, matte, or soft touch to match your brand aesthetic. PCR content is available for brands building toward more responsible sourcing. A smart format for serums and eye treatments that deserve precise, on-skin delivery.

Why brands choose this

• Precision application built for the eye area: The roller ball head dispenses serums and eye creams in controlled amounts — no over-application, no mess. This mirrors the consumer's expectation for targeted, ritualistic application, which is increasingly important as eye treatment SKUs multiply in both mass and prestige channels.
• Barrier construction options that follow your formula: ABL, PBL, co-extruded, and monolayer tube constructions mean you're not locked into one laminate regardless of your formula's sensitivity or viscosity. That flexibility shortens development cycles when you're working across multiple SKUs or reformulations.
• Decoration versatility that supports full branding buildout: Offset print, silk screen, heat stamp, and labeling are all compatible — so whether you're running a clean minimalist design or a detailed regulatory panel, this tube works with your artwork rather than around it.
