16.0mm 0.2-0.5oz (6ml-15ml) Sponge Applicator PP Tube

What this packaging is

A slim 16mm diameter and flexible fill range from 6ml to 15ml make this PP lipstick tube a practical workhorse for color cosmetics development. The 16.0mm 0.2-0.5oz Lip Stick PP Tube from UDN Packaging supports multiple tube constructions — monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL — so formula compatibility and shelf life requirements don't force a compromise. Finish options in glossy, matte, and soft touch give brand teams real shelf differentiation, and decoration via offset print, silk screen, labels, or heat stamp covers everything from minimalist to statement. PCR content is available for brands building toward more responsible material sourcing. Length options from 50mm to 120mm add silhouette flexibility for a category where proportion shapes perception.

Why brands choose this

• Four tube constructions, one SKU family: Whether your formula needs an aluminum barrier laminate for oxidation-sensitive pigments or a straightforward monolayer PP for standard lipstick, this tube supports all four construction types — giving your development team room to test and scale without switching components.
• Decoration-ready for every brand aesthetic: Offset print, silk screen, heat stamping, and labelling are all compatible, which means this tube can carry anything from fine-line typography to bold graphic color blocks — a meaningful advantage as cosmetics brands invest more heavily in packaging as a brand touchpoint.
• Available with PCR content for sustainability-forward ranges: As clean beauty and responsible sourcing continue to drive purchasing decisions, the option to incorporate PCR material into this PP tube lets brands make a credible, specific claim — without redesigning the component or disrupting their existing fill and assembly workflow.
