What this packaging is

Built-in soft spatula applicator sets this PP tube apart from standard squeeze formats — putting controlled, hygienic dispensing directly into the package. The 16.0mm Soft Spatula PP Tube from UDN Packaging handles everything from eye cream and spot treatments to lip gloss and lip oil, with capacities from 0.2oz to 0.5oz (6ml–15ml) and tube lengths between 50mm and 120mm. Available in monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL constructions with glossy, matte, or soft-touch finishes, decoration options span offset print, silk screen, heat stamping, and labelling. PCR content can be incorporated for brands with sustainability commitments. A compact, applicator-integrated format that earns its place in both skincare and lip routines.

Why brands choose this

• Applicator-integrated design meets precision skincare demand: The built-in soft spatula tip removes the need for separate tools, delivering a hygienic, dose-controlled application experience that resonates with consumers in the eye cream and spot treatment categories — where targeted, no-waste application is increasingly expected.
• Spans skincare and lip — broad ranging advantage: From eye cream and face cream to lip gloss, lip oil, and lipstick, this tube format works across multiple beauty subcategories, giving brand development teams a single component architecture to test and range across distinct product lines without multiplying vendor relationships.
• Finish and construction flexibility supports distinct brand aesthetics: Glossy, matte, and soft-touch surface options combined with monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL tube constructions let brand teams dial in both the sensory cue and the barrier performance — with PCR content available for brands building toward more sustainable packaging commitments.
