What this packaging is

A 0.8mm soft tip orifice sets this tube apart — it delivers the kind of controlled, gentle dispensing that eye cream and face moisturizer formulas genuinely need. The 16.0mm Soft Tip PP Tube from UDN Packaging Corporation is a slim, round polypropylene tube available from 6ml to 15ml, purpose-built for precision skincare application. Structural options span monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL constructions, giving formulators real flexibility on barrier properties and viscosity compatibility. PCR content is available for brands working toward material reduction goals. Decoration-ready across offset print, silk screen, heat stamp, and labels, this tube gives emerging and established skincare brands a clean, clinical-feeling format that reinforces the efficacy story right at the point of application.

Why brands choose this

• Precision tip design matches how consumers apply eye care: The 0.8mm soft tip orifice controls dose and reduces product waste — directly aligned with the growing consumer expectation for clinical, results-driven application rituals in the eye cream and treatment skincare segment.
• PCR material option supports brand sustainability commitments: Available with PCR content for brands actively reducing virgin plastic use, this tube gives product developers a tangible material-reduction story without sacrificing the structural integrity or finish quality the format requires.
• Broad decoration compatibility keeps brand expression wide open: Compatible with offset print, silk screen, heat stamping, and labels — plus glossy, matte, and soft-touch finishes — this tube adapts to a wide range of brand aesthetics from clean clinical to premium textured, without requiring custom tooling for each visual direction.
