16.0mm 0.2-0.5oz (6ml-15ml) Brush PP Tube

What this packaging is

Built around a 16mm integrated brush head, the 16.0mm Brush PP Tube brings precision application directly into the packaging — no separate applicator needed. Made from polypropylene and sized between 6ml and 15ml, it's engineered for concealer and liquid foundation formats where controlled, on-the-go coverage matters. Finish options span glossy, matte, and soft-touch surfaces, with decoration support including silk screen, heat stamp, offset, and digital print for full brand expression. PCR content is available for brands with sustainability commitments. A compact, applicator-integrated tube that turns an everyday makeup essential into a seamless, mess-free consumer ritual.

Why brands choose this

• Applicator-integrated format removes a friction point: The built-in brush head eliminates the need for a separate applicator accessory, simplifying both the product development BOM and the consumer experience — a strong fit for the growing market in portable, multi-tasking complexion products.
• Decoration versatility supports any brand aesthetic: Compatible with silk screen, heat stamp, offset, flexo, digital print, and spot varnishing, this tube can be finished to match everything from clinical minimalism to bold editorial branding without switching component suppliers.
• PCR content available for sustainability-minded launches: For brands building toward lower-carbon formulations or meeting retailer sustainability requirements, this tube can be sourced with PCR PP content — giving product teams a credible material story without compromising the tube's performance or finish quality.
