16.0mm 0.2-0.5oz (6ml-15ml) Soft Spatula PE Tube

What this packaging is

A soft spatula tip built directly into the tube head sets this PE packaging apart for precision-focused skincare formats. The 16.0mm Soft Spatula PE Tube from UDN Packaging Corporation is engineered for eye cream, face serum, and spot treatment applications — categories where targeted, mess-free delivery directly influences consumer satisfaction. The 1.3mm orifice controls output while the flexible PE body makes every last drop accessible. Available in monolayer, co-extruded, ABL, and PBL constructions with glossy, matte, or soft-touch finishes, and compatible with offset print, silk screen, and heat stamping. Can be produced with PCR content or in bio-based PE for brands with material commitments. A strong format-function pairing for clinical or results-driven skincare lines.

Why brands choose this

• Applicator-integrated design matches high-touch skincare rituals: The soft spatula head isn't an add-on — it's part of the tube itself, enabling targeted application for eye creams and spot treatments without a separate tool. As consumers increasingly expect efficacy-forward formats, packaging that reinforces the application ritual builds perceived product value at the moment of use.
• Multi-construction options expand formulation compatibility: Choice between monolayer PE, co-extruded, ABL, and PBL builds means this tube can be matched to formula sensitivity requirements — from basic emulsions to actives that demand barrier protection. That flexibility reduces the need to source separate components across a product range, simplifying development timelines.
• PCR and bio-based PE options support credible sustainability positioning: Available with PCR content or in bio-based PE material, this tube gives brands a tangible material story without switching formats. As clean beauty and reduced-virgin-plastic commitments become standard in prestige and mass skincare alike, having a drop-in sustainable option within the same tube design removes sourcing friction for future reformulation.
