What this packaging is

Precision dispensing in a travel-friendly footprint — the 16.0mm Pin-Point PE Tube delivers controlled, targeted application through a 0.9mm orifice engineered for high-viscosity formulas like face serums and concealers. Available from 6ml to 15ml, this flexible polyethylene tube is built for sample and travel-size formats where dose control matters. Construction options span monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL to match your formula compatibility requirements. Finish it in gloss, matte, or soft-touch, and decorate via offset print, screen print, or heat stamp. Available with PCR content or in bio-based material for brands with sustainability commitments. A compact, precise package that earns its place in any on-the-go beauty routine.

Why brands choose this

• Precision orifice built for targeted application: The 0.9mm pin-point tip gives consumers controlled, mess-free dispensing — a direct fit for serums and concealers where over-application is a real frustration. As consumers increasingly demand functional, no-waste formats, this kind of dose control is a strong purchase and repeat-use driver.
• Flexible construction options for formula compatibility: With monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL builds available, this tube can be spec'd to match the barrier requirements of your specific formula — whether you're working with an active-rich serum or a pigment-based concealer that needs oxygen or light protection.
• Sustainable material paths available for purpose-led brands: PCR content inclusion and bio-based material options give brand teams real levers to pull when meeting sustainability targets — not just a recyclability checkbox, but upstream material choices that support reduce and renewable sourcing stories.
