16.0mm 0.2-0.5oz (6ml-15ml) Hard Spatula PE Tube

What this packaging is

Flexible PE construction gives this lipstick tube format something harder-to-find: genuine compatibility with automated filling lines alongside the tactile softness consumers expect from a squeeze-style delivery. The 16.0mm Lip Stick PE Tube from UDN Packaging accommodates fill volumes from 6ml to 15ml with tube lengths adjustable from 50mm to 120mm — offering real range across product formats. Available in Monolayer, Co-ex, ABL, and PBL constructions, it works across a wide span of lip formulations. Finish options include Glossy, Matte, and Soft Touch, with decoration via offset print, silk screen, heat stamping, or labelling. Available with PCR content or bio-based material for brands building a more responsible supply chain.

Why brands choose this

• Four tube constructions cover nearly any lip formula: Monolayer, Co-ex, ABL, and PBL options mean this tube adapts to a wide range of lip product chemistries — from standard sticks to more complex or sensitive formulations — without requiring a separate SKU for each.
• Automation-ready dimensions reduce production friction: At 16.0mm diameter with lengths from 50mm to 120mm, this tube is sized to integrate cleanly with standard automated filling and assembly equipment, which matters when scaling from sampling into commercial production runs.
• Sustainable material paths available without switching suppliers: PCR content and bio-based material are both available options on this tube, giving brand teams a straightforward route to cleaner material stories without the sourcing complexity of finding a separate component.
