What this packaging is

A slanted tip orifice sets this lip tube apart — designed for precise, controlled application that matches the way consumers actually use lip balm, lipstick, lip gloss, and lip oil. The 16.0mm Lip Slant PE Tube from UDN Packaging offers 6ml–15ml capacity in a flexible, round tube format with customizable lengths from 50mm to 120mm. Finish options span glossy, matte, and soft touch, and decoration compatibility includes silk screen, offset print, digital print, heat stamping, and labels. Available in monolayer or co-ex construction, and sourceable with PCR content or bio-based PE for brands building a more sustainable lip care line.

Why brands choose this

• Slant tip format drives clean, intuitive application: The angled orifice mirrors the natural motion of lip product application, reducing mess and improving dosing control — a direct response to growing consumer demand for functional, fuss-free formats in the lip care segment.
• Decoration versatility supports any brand aesthetic: With five print and decoration methods available — silk screen, offset, digital, heat stamp, and label — plus glossy, matte, and soft-touch finish options, this tube adapts easily to mass retail shelf presence or premium direct-to-consumer positioning without requiring a secondary component.
• Sustainable material options available for green-positioned brands: Available with PCR content inclusion or in bio-based PE, this tube gives brand developers a credible material story for eco-conscious lip care lines — whether targeting retail sustainability mandates or building a renewable-sourcing narrative with their consumer base.
