40.0mm 1.4-5.1oz (41ml-151ml) Disc Top Cap PE Tube

What this packaging is

A flip-open disc top cap sets this PE tube apart, delivering one-handed, controlled dispensing that fits naturally into shower and body-care routines. The 40.0mm Disc Top Cap PE Tube is a round, flexible polyethylene tube spanning 41ml to 151ml, with adjustable height (90mm–190mm) to match your fill volume precisely. Available in monolayer or co-extruded constructions, it handles everything from thick body lotions to fluid conditioners. Glossy, matte, or soft-touch finishes pair with offset print, silk screen, heat stamp, and label decoration. Manufactured in China, it's a strong fit for body lotion and shampoo and conditioner lines seeking a polished, functional tube format.

Why brands choose this

• Disc top cap built for one-handed in-shower use: The flip-open disc top closure is purpose-built for wet, slippery hands — a real functional advantage in shower and bath categories. Consumers can dispense product cleanly without fumbling with a cap, which reduces mess and drives satisfaction with the format.
• Height-adjustable format covers a wide fill range: With tube height customizable from 90mm to 190mm, one component architecture can serve everything from a travel-size lotion to a full-size conditioner. That flexibility lets brand teams range across sizes without sourcing entirely separate components.
• PCR and bio-based material options available for sustainability commitments: Brands can specify PCR content or opt for a bio-based PE construction, giving product developers a credible material reduction or renewable sourcing story to meet retailer sustainability requirements or support on-pack claims.
