35.0mm 1.0-4.1oz (30ml-121ml) Oval / Ribbon Tip PP Tube

What this packaging is

An oval silhouette sets this polypropylene tube apart from round alternatives — giving brands a more tactile, palm-friendly form that stands out in the body lotion, face moisturizer, and face serum categories. The 35.0mm Oval PP Tube from UDN Packaging handles fill volumes from 1.0 to 4.1oz and is available in monolayer, co-extruded, ABL, or PBL constructions to match your barrier and performance requirements. Choose from glossy, matte, or soft-touch finishes, with decoration options spanning offset, screen print, digital, and more. PCR content can be incorporated for brands building toward more sustainable formulations. A reliable made-to-order format for personal care lines with a strong visual identity.

Why brands choose this

• Oval format creates instant shelf and in-hand differentiation: Round tubes dominate personal care shelves — the oval body on this 35mm PP tube creates a more distinctive silhouette that's easier to grip and harder to ignore. As brands invest more in tactile packaging experiences, shape alone becomes a differentiator worth owning.
• Four tube constructions to match your formula's barrier needs: Monolayer, co-extruded, ABL, and PBL options give product developers real flexibility — whether you need basic PP for a simple lotion or enhanced barrier protection for a sensitive serum formula. Choosing the right construction upfront saves reformulation headaches later.
• PCR-compatible for brands with sustainability commitments: This tube can be specified with PCR content, giving personal care brands a credible material reduction story without switching formats. As retail buyers and consumers increasingly scrutinize packaging sustainability, having a PCR-available option in a workhorse format like this is a practical advantage.
