13.0mm 0.1-0.3oz (3ml-9ml) Soft Spatula PP Tube

What this packaging is

A 1.2mm spatula tip orifice sets this tube apart — built for the kind of controlled, targeted application that eye cream, concealer, serum, and spot treatment formulas actually need. The 13.0mm PP Soft Spatula Tube from UDN Packaging holds 3ml–9ml and comes in monolayer, co-ex, ABL, or PBL construction, so compatibility across viscous formulas is rarely an issue. White or natural finishes, plus glossy, matte, or soft-touch options, give brand teams real room to differentiate. Offset, silk screen, heat stamp, and label decoration are all supported. Available with PCR content for brands building toward more sustainable sourcing. For precision-application skincare, this format does a lot of the storytelling before the product even touches skin.

Why brands choose this

• Spatula tip drives ritual differentiation: The 1.2mm soft spatula orifice transforms how consumers interact with the product — enabling a pat-and-press application ritual that feels intentional and clinical, a strong fit for eye cream and spot treatment brands leaning into the skincare-as-self-care trend.
• Multi-construction compatibility reduces formulation risk: Monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL tube constructions mean this component works across a wide range of formulation chemistries — from water-based serums to oil-rich concealers — without forcing reformulation to fit the packaging.
• PCR content available for sustainability-minded brand positioning: For brand teams with material reduction commitments or retailer sustainability requirements, this tube can be specified with PCR content — giving you a concrete, communicable sourcing story without switching formats.
