13.0mm 0.1-0.3oz (3ml-9ml) Doe Foot Applicator PP Tube

What this packaging is

A flocked applicator tip is the standout feature here — the 13.0mm Flocking Tip PP Tube delivers controlled, targeted application that makes it a natural fit for lip balm and eye cream packaging. Made from polypropylene in a slim 13.0mm round format, this small-format tube holds 3ml–9ml and comes in monolayer or co-extruded constructions to suit a range of formulations. Finish options — glossy, matte, or soft touch — let brands dial in the right tactile signal, and decoration via offset print, silk screen, labeling, or heat stamp keeps branding sharp. PCR content is available for brands building toward more responsible material sourcing. For lip and eye products where precision application drives repeat purchase, this tube earns its place on the shelf.

Why brands choose this

• Precision tip format drives consumer adoption: The flocking tip applicator aligns directly with the growing consumer demand for targeted, mess-free beauty application — a key purchase driver in the eye cream and tinted lip balm segments where over-application is a common complaint.
• Versatile construction meets diverse formulation needs: Available in both monolayer and co-extruded builds, this tube can accommodate a wider range of formulation viscosities and barrier requirements than single-spec alternatives — a real advantage when developing across multiple SKUs or formulation types.
• Decoration-ready for brand differentiation: Compatible with offset print, silk screen, labeling, and heat stamping — plus glossy, matte, and soft-touch finish options — this tube gives brand and development teams real flexibility to achieve shelf presence without adding a secondary component.
