35.0mm 0.9-3.7oz (27ml-109ml) Dual Chamber Dispenser PP Tube

What this packaging is

A dual chamber, tube-in-tube design sets this 35mm PP tube apart — it dispenses two separate formulations simultaneously from a single component, making it a smart pick for sunscreen with SPF booster, body lotion duos, or shampoo and conditioner combos. The 35.0mm Dual Dispenser PP Tube by UDN Packaging spans 27ml to 109ml and is built from polypropylene with monolayer, co-ex, ABL, or PBL construction options to suit different formula compatibility needs. Glossy, matte, or soft-touch finishes pair with offset print, silk screen, and heat stamp decoration. Available with PCR content for brands tracking material sustainability. One tube, two formulas — a genuinely differentiated format for brands ready to own the multi-benefit shelf moment.

Why brands choose this

• Dual-chamber format drives multi-benefit positioning: The tube-in-tube design lets brands combine two complementary formulas — think SPF + moisturizer or shampoo + conditioner — in a single SKU, reducing consumer friction and supporting the multi-tasking product trend that's reshaping shelves in body care and haircare.
• Broad decoration and finish versatility supports brand expression: Glossy, matte, and soft-touch surface finishes combined with offset print, silk screen, heat stamp, and label decoration options give brand and design teams real flexibility to land the right visual and tactile cue — whether that's clinical, luxury, or lifestyle.
• PCR-compatible construction for brands with sustainability commitments: This PP tube is available with recycled content included, giving brands a credible material-reduction story without switching formats — useful for product lines where sustainability claims are increasingly expected by retail partners and consumers alike.
