35.0mm 0.9-3.7oz (27ml-109ml) Dual Chamber Flip Top Cap Dispenser PE Tube

What this packaging is

Two formulas, one tube — the 35.0mm Dual Dispenser PE Tube from UDN Packaging solves a real product development challenge without adding SKU complexity. Its tube-in-tube architecture keeps two distinct formulas completely separate until dispensing, making it a natural fit for face moisturizer, serum, and cleanser formats where actives need to stay isolated. Available from 40ml to 110ml across Monolayer, Co-ex, ABL, or PBL constructions, and finished in gloss, matte, or soft touch. Decoration-ready for offset print, silk screen, labeling, or heat stamp. Available with PCR content or in bio-based PE, giving sustainability-focused brands a credible material story.

Why brands choose this

• Tube-in-tube design unlocks multiphase product innovation: The separated dual-chamber format lets brands formulate with incompatible actives — think vitamin C plus retinol, or a cleanser-serum hybrid — without stability compromises. This is a genuine product development unlock, not just a packaging format swap.
• Wide decoration compatibility supports premium shelf presence: Offset print, silk screen, heat stamp, and labeling are all supported, giving brand teams full flexibility to execute bold graphics or refined minimalist finishes. Combined with matte or soft-touch surface options, this tube can hold its own next to glass and airless formats on prestige shelves.
• Bio-based and PCR material options available for brands with sustainability commitments: As clean beauty and material transparency continue to shape buying decisions, this tube can be specified with bio-based PE or PCR content — giving brand teams a concrete, communicable sustainability credential rather than a vague eco claim.
