What this packaging is

Direct-application design makes the 16mm One Bite PP Tube a natural fit for lip balm, eye cream, lip gloss, and topical ointments — formats where precise, fuss-free delivery matters. Constructed from polypropylene and available in monolayer, co-extruded, ABL, or PBL builds, this round single-chamber tube supports fill capacities from 6ml to 15ml with a customizable length between 50mm and 120mm. Finish options span glossy, matte, and soft touch, and decoration flexibility covers offset, silk screen, digital print, flexo, and spot varnishing. PCR content can be incorporated for brands with material reduction goals. Made to order through UDN Packaging Corporation in Shenzhen.

Why brands choose this

• One-bite head drives precision at point of use: The direct-application nozzle design supports controlled dispensing — a strong fit for eye cream and lip balm formats where consumers expect targeted, mess-free application. This aligns with growing demand for clinical-feel packaging that signals efficacy without over-engineering the ritual.
• Decoration versatility supports strong shelf identity: With six print and finish methods available — including digital print, silk screen, spot varnishing, glossy, matte, and soft touch — this tube can flex across brand aesthetics from clean clinical to bold fashion-beauty, reducing the need to source separate components for different product lines.
• PCR-compatible construction for brands with material goals: This tube is available with PCR content incorporated into the PP construction, giving brands a credible reduce story without switching formats. For lip and eye care lines where packaging is small but SKU counts are high, even partial PCR inclusion can meaningfully move the needle on sustainability reporting.
