What this packaging is

One-handed snap-to-open functionality sets this PE sachet apart from every traditional tear-notch format on the market. The Synchpack Snap-to-Open Folding Sachet uses patented Easysnap® technology — fold, snap, squeeze — dispensing 98% of contents cleanly, no scissors, no mess. At 60x100mm, it handles single doses across an unusually wide range of categories: facial serums, sunscreen, hand lotion, syrups, wellness shots, CBD oil, tinctures, nutraceuticals, and pharmaceuticals. Made in the USA by Synchpack, with over 17 years of packaging expertise behind every run. For brands building sampling programs, food service portioning, or retail single-use formats, this sachet turns a utilitarian format into a genuine brand moment.

Why brands choose this

• Mess-free dispensing that drives consumer confidence: The Easysnap® snap-to-open mechanism dispenses 98% of contents in a single controlled motion — no tearing, no residue left behind. As consumer expectations around convenience and hygiene continue to rise, especially in sampling and on-the-go formats, this kind of friction-free experience directly supports repeat engagement and brand trust.
• Cross-category versatility for complex product portfolios: This sachet works across beauty, food service, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, CBD, and pet supplements — a genuine multi-category fit that lets brand teams range a single packaging format across product lines. That breadth reduces tooling complexity and vendor count for teams managing diverse SKUs.
• 60x100mm surface area built for brand storytelling: The elongated format provides more printable real estate than a standard sachet, supporting full ingredient panels, usage instructions, and brand graphics through flexographic, offset, or digital printing. For sampling programs and promotional packaging where the sachet itself is the first brand touchpoint, that surface area is a real asset.
