6.8oz /201ml 68 PET Straight Sided Jar

What this packaging is

Wide-mouth, straight-sided geometry makes this 6.8oz / 201ml PET jar one of the more fill-friendly formats on the market — no shoulder taper fighting your filling line, just a clean 68mm opening and a flat, stackable profile. The 68 PET Straight Sided Jar handles dense formulations like body scrubs and hair masks as comfortably as lighter lotions, vitamins, or gummies, making it a genuine multi-category workhorse. Six finish options — soft touch, matte, glossy, shiny, spray coat — pair with six decoration methods including silk screen, heat stamp, and heat transfer label. Built for brands that need consistent sizing and shelf-ready results across a full product range.

Why brands choose this

• Six decoration methods, total branding flexibility: From silk screen and heat stamping to digital and offset print, this jar supports virtually every brand identity approach without switching components — a real advantage when ranging multiple SKUs or seasonal editions across a single line.
• Genuinely multi-category versatility across beauty and wellness: Body scrub, hair treatment, lotion, vitamins, gummies, powders — the wide 68mm opening and rigid PET construction handle thick and particulate-heavy formulations that narrower jars struggle with, giving brand developers a single component that ranges across categories.
• Straight-sided format built for efficient filling and clean label application: No shoulder taper means easier machine and hand filling for thick textures, and a flat, consistent sidewall gives pressure-sensitive labels and heat transfer labels an ideal surface — reducing application rejects and keeping production lines moving.
