Sigra Beauty PE Tube

The 25mm Laminate PE Squeeze Tube is a round, flexible packaging component designed for a range of personal care and beauty applications. Manufactured from polyethylene, this tube features a 25mm diameter and a single-chamber construction, offering a fill capacity between 1.05oz and 1.72oz (31ml to 51ml) depending on the selected tube length. The S13 tube head style is compatible with orifice sizes of 3mm or 5mm, providing dosing flexibility for products such as body lotion, face cleanser, moisturizer, serum, and sunscreen.

This PE squeeze tube is available with ABL or PBL laminate options, supporting a maximum tube length of 138mm and a minimum of 85mm. Finish options include soft touch, glossy, or matte surfaces to meet specific tactile and visual requirements. Decoration methods such as offset print, silk screen print, labeling, heat stamping, and digital print are supported, allowing for detailed branding or regulatory information. The tube can be sealed during production and is supplied from facilities in India. Secondary materials such as PE and aluminum are used in laminate constructions to achieve the desired barrier properties for sensitive formulations.
