0.8oz/22ml PP Peanut-Shaped Sunscreen Stick with Twist-Up Mechanism & Bottom Fill Design

What this packaging is

A figure-8 cross-section that naturally fits between your thumb and fingers — that's the first thing you notice about the 0.8oz/22ml PP Peanut-Shaped Sunscreen Stick. The pinched waist of this twist-up stick isn't just a visual signature; it reduces hand fatigue during repeated underarm or face application, making it genuinely functional for deodorant, face sunscreen, hair balm, and face serum formats. Manufactured in South Korea, it's built entirely from polypropylene — a true monomaterial design that streamlines recyclability. The bottom-fill construction keeps production clean and precise. Decoration via silk screen or heat stamp makes it a shelf-ready canvas for brands ready to own a format no one else is running.

Why brands choose this

• Proprietary Shape Owns the Shelf: The figure-8 silhouette is instantly recognisable and functionally distinctive — no flat oval, no round barrel. For deodorant and sunscreen brands competing in a format-crowded category, this shape is a visual and tactile differentiator that's hard to replicate off the shelf.
• All-PP Monomaterial Supports Real Recyclability Claims: The entire stick — body, dial, and mechanism — is polypropylene, making it single-stream recyclable without disassembly. As clean beauty and sustainable deodorant brands face growing scrutiny on packaging claims, this construction gives product teams a defensible, material-level sustainability story.
• Bottom-Fill Design Reduces Complexity at Scale: Loading formula from the base keeps the barrel cleaner during production and simplifies the fill process — a practical advantage when running high-volume sunscreen or deodorant SKUs that need consistent product presentation at retail.
