8g Refillable PETG & PP Round Twist-Up Stick with Premium Top Fill Refill Cartridge for Solid Balms

What this packaging is

A front-fill refill cartridge that slides in from the top — no disassembly, no mess — sets this stick apart from every standard twist-up on the market. The 8g Refillable PETG & PP Round Twist-Up Stick pairs a permanent PP outer case with a replaceable PETG inner cartridge, making it a strong fit for lip balm, hair balm, perfume stick, highlighter, and even face serum formats. The airtight actuator seals the formula chamber between uses, protecting actives and fragrance from air exposure. The outer case uses 30% PCR PP, and the refill-first design dramatically cuts packaging material per cycle. Manufactured in South Korea, this stick gives indie and established brands alike a credible, consumer-ready sustainability story.

Why brands choose this

• Front-fill refill that requires zero disassembly: The cartridge slides in from the top without touching the twist mechanism — removing the biggest friction point in refillable stick design and making the refill ritual intuitive enough to actually drive repeat purchase.
• Airtight mechanism built for sensitive formulas: The actuator physically seals the formula chamber when closed, extending shelf life after opening — a real advantage for brands formulating with actives, fragrance-forward balms, or oxidation-sensitive ingredients where air exposure degrades performance.
• 30% PCR outer case plus a refill model that cuts material per cycle: Only the inner PETG cartridge is discarded at end of use; the permanent outer shell and mechanism are reused. Combined with PCR PP construction, this gives brands a layered, substantive sustainability story rather than a single-material claim.
