2g PETG Airtight Click-Stick Pen with Push-Button for Lip Balm, Cream Eyeshadows, & Concealers

What this packaging is

An airtight click-advance mechanism sets this pen apart from conventional twist-up sticks — each push of the button delivers a consistent, controlled dose without product waste or formula exposure. The 2g PETG Airtight Click-Stick Pen is built from a clear PETG barrel that forms an airtight seal with its cap, making it ideal for sensitive lip balm, cream eyeshadow, and concealer formulas that degrade with repeated air contact. At 4.65 inches tall and just over half an inch wide, it fits naturally in hand and bag alike. Manufactured in South Korea, it brings precision engineering to compact cosmetics formats. Compatible with silk screen print and heat stamping, this pen gives emerging and established color brands a refined, functional canvas.

Why brands choose this

• Airtight seal protects formula integrity between uses: Unlike standard twist-up sticks, the PETG barrel and capped airtight design prevent oxidation and contamination — a critical advantage for cream eyeshadows and concealers where color shift and texture degradation are common pain points.
• Click-mechanism delivers consistent dosing every application: The push-button advance gives consumers repeatable, mess-free control that twist mechanisms can't match, aligning with the growing demand for precision application formats across lip and eye color categories.
• Slim pen format spans three high-volume color categories: At 2g capacity, this stick works across lip balm, cream eyeshadow, and concealer — giving brand developers a single component format they can range across multiple SKUs without retooling or sourcing new components.
