3.5g PETG Square Lipstick with Smooth Twist-Up Mechanism & Front-Fill Design

What this packaging is

A square silhouette in mono-material PETG already sets this lipstick apart on shelf — but the engineering inside is where it really earns its place. The 3.5g PETG Square Lipstick features a twist-up mechanism built with controlled torque and a smooth rotation profile that prevents bullet breakage, making it compatible with soft, oil-rich, and hydration-forward formulas that standard mechanisms can't reliably support. The front-fill design loads directly from the top, keeping it compatible with standard high-speed fill lines without modification. Manufactured in South Korea, it works across lipstick, concealer, lip balm, and highlighter applications. The mono-material PETG construction simplifies end-of-life sorting for brands building a recyclability story. A genuinely functional package for brands ready to push formula performance without sacrificing shelf presence.

Why brands choose this

• Unlocks softer, richer formulas without breakage risk: The twist-up mechanism uses controlled torque and a precision rotation profile engineered specifically for water-based, oil-rich, and high-hydration lipstick formulas — the failure mode that forces many brands to stiffen their formulas just to survive the packaging is eliminated here.
• Front-fill compatibility keeps production moving: Formula loads directly from the open top of the mechanism, meaning this component drops into standard high-speed lipstick fill lines without retooling or setup modification — a real advantage for brands managing contract manufacturing timelines and fill-line efficiency.
• Square mono-material PETG does double duty on shelf and at end of life: The 19mm × 19mm square body stands out in a category dominated by round tubes, while single-material PETG construction simplifies recycling stream sorting — giving brands a sustainability message that's grounded in material reality, not just intention.
