5g PETG/ABS Mini Square Cushion Compact, Ultra-Slim Pocket Case with Mirror

What this packaging is

At just 19.8mm tall, this ultra-slim PETG/ABS cushion compact is thinner than a typical credit card stack yet still carries a full 5g fill with a mesh-covered aluminum godet and sponge applicator inside. The 5g PETG/ABS Mini Square Cushion Compact carries a rounded-square "squircle" footprint, a hinged transparent lid with an interior mirror, and a drop-in Mini DRS 5g refill pod system that lets consumers swap cartridges instead of discarding the whole case. Manufactured in South Korea, it's built for concealer, BB cream, CC cream, foundation, and lip balm brands looking to launch a compact that genuinely fits in a wallet.

Why brands choose this

• Wallet-thin profile unlocks a new SKU tier: At 19.8mm tall, this compact fits where most cushion formats simply can't — slim wallets, clutch bags, and carry-on pouches. As travel-size and on-the-go beauty continues to drive incremental sales, this profile gives brand teams a genuinely differentiated mini SKU rather than just a downsized version of a standard compact.
• Refill-ready at mini scale — a rare combination: The Mini DRS 5g pod system makes refillable packaging viable even in the smallest cushion format, supporting reduced packaging waste per use cycle. For brands building a sustainability narrative or exploring a refill subscription model, this compact delivers that story without asking consumers to carry a bulkier case.
• Squircle geometry stands out on a round-dominant shelf: Cushion compacts are overwhelmingly circular, so the rounded-corner square footprint here creates immediate visual differentiation at point of sale and in flat-lay content. It's comfortable to hold despite the compact size, and the distinctive silhouette gives brand identity work a shape to own across concealer, BB cream, foundation, and beyond.
