8g Refillable PET Round Mesh Cushion Compact with Mirror & Hinged Inner Refill Cover

What this packaging is

A press-button latch releases the outer lid of this round PET cushion compact, swinging open to reveal a full-size mirror and a hinged inner cover that flips back to expose the cushion reservoir beneath. The standout feature is a removable inner cushion pod — lift it out, drop in a fresh refill, and the outer compact and mirror carry forward across cycles. The inner case is molded with PCR PP to cut virgin plastic demand. Manufactured in South Korea, it's built for foundation, jelly foundation, blush, bronzer, and balm — a compact that makes a genuine reuse story possible for color brands.

Why brands choose this

• Refill SKU opportunity built into the platform: The removable inner cushion pod creates a natural refill product line alongside the full compact — brands retain customers through repurchase cycles while reducing per-use packaging waste, a compelling story for sustainability-forward consumers.
• Dual sustainability credentials with real specificity: The PCR PP inner case reduces virgin plastic at the component level, and the refillable outer system reduces total packaging per use. Together they give brand teams two distinct, substantiated claims rather than a single vague eco-positioning.
• One tooling platform, two applicator formats: The same base accepts either a mesh inner cover for controlled, buildable coverage or a sponge applicator for fuller coverage — letting brands adapt the compact to different formula viscosities or product lines without investing in separate tooling.
